DM7500V High-Reliability Portable Verification:

DataMan brings a “first” to industry ... portability. This enables manufacturers to perform verification on the factory floor, rather than at a fixed verification setup at a remote location. The combination of AIM compliance and portability provides users with advantages that set DataMan 7500 series verifier apart from all others.  The DataMan7500V incorporates 30 degree dark field lighting and is ideal for verifying nameplates and other flat parts

• Corded and cordless models provide solutions for stationary and mobile reading applications (especially useful for larger parts) 
• Mechanical standoff ensures uniform illumination and a fixed working distance.

 DM100V Fixed-Mount Verification

The Cognex DataMan 100V verifier allows users to quickly measure code quality to all industry standards. The integrated design provides users with an easy-to-use verification solution for reliable and repeatable results.

• Contract Compliant lighting option available with the stand and integrated bright field and dark field lighting (as shown).  This advanced lighting design allows the DM100 to grade most mark types and surfaces including mirrored surfaces and round parts.

DataMan Verifier Accessories

To simplify and speed up the system integration process, Cognex offers a wide range of optional accessories designed specifically for use with hand held DataMan 7500 Series Verifiers and the fixed mount DataMan 100 Series Verifiers.

DataMan Calibration Card:
The calibration card establishes a reference for part surface reflection values as well as reference for actual printed cell size of 2D codes.  The card is NIST SRM-1930-90 Certified.

DataMan 7500 Series Stand off:
The stand off is inserted into the light pipe to provide optimized working distance for lighting during verification applications. Can also be used to provide consistent reading distance in non-verification applications.
