    Job Overview

    Integro Technologies is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a challenging environment.  The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving Integro’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Candidate must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and aiding on the front line leading to closing sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
    • Understand customer needs and requirements
    • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
    • Assists sales team in closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas
    • Assists sales team in filling training classes, hardware sales, and scheduling sales territory prospect meetings
    • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
    • Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the company’s BPA CRM

     Minimum Qualifications

    • Proven inside sales experience
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
    • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
    • Experience working with a CRM a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent
    • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office products and Quickbooks)
