Instructions To Submit Support Request

Once the company has registered for the Help Desk service, a specific website link will be given to communicate directly with Integro Technologies.

  • Go to the website link.
  • Click “Submit a support request”.

Enter the information circled in red on the screen.

  • Subject
  • Description
  • User Name
  • E-Mail Address
  • Business Address
  • Problem Detail Category
  • Choose File – to include attachment
  • Click Submit Request

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address submitted on the Support Request online form.  Included within the confirmation e-mail will be a UserID & Password, which will allow a person to:

  • Check the status of the Support Request(s)
  • Enter additional Support Requests for that specific user

NOTE:

If you are having a problem submitting your Support Request using Internet Explorer 9 (IE9), please ensure that the IE9 is in the “compatibility mode.”

Just click onto the Compatibility Mode Icon (see red circled icon on the above screen), and re-enter your description & re-submit.  Another way is to use another web browser.
