Project Manager

The Integro Project Manager (PM) is responsible for management and timely execution of multiple engineered system integration projects as well as direction and clear communications with customer and internal assigned project team. PM will lead and is responsible for project kickoff meetings, maintaining project scope and budget, head up design and bill of material (BoM) reviews and schedule customer or team meetings when clarification or status updates are required. The PM requests release of bill of materials for purchasing to place orders, tracks delivery dates with purchasing/receiving and communicates with the assembly team for the project build. The Project Manger resolves any and all project issues related to scope, including change order quoting, delivery and scheduling for equipment installation. The PM will manage internal testing prior to factory acceptance testing and is responsible for supplying system documentation where required. The PM will work with Engineering management to ensure minimal resource conflicts arise. Project Managers report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Electrical Design Engineer I

Electrical Design Engineers are responsible for developing customized electrical panel designs for turnkey Machine Vision inspection cells with supplemental technology (Robotics, Servos, Stepper, Lasers, RFID, ID) in a wide variety of industries for Fortune 500 companies. Designer will need to utilize electrical and mechanical knowledge. The Designer must have exposure to industrial electrical components and AC and DC wiring procedures. Electrical Design Engineers report directly to their assigned Department Manager or supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Application of 3D & 2D modeling software
  • Knowledge of fundamental electrical engineering concepts and practices
  • Ability to follow documented company procedures
  • Effectively communicate thoughts and ideas in a small group settings
  • Read / understand print specifications to ensure proper wiring of electrical components
  • Ability to use measurement tools to verify that components meet print specifications
  • Organizational skills
  • Use of MS Office Software

Prerequisite Skills and Characteristics:

  • BS or Associates degree preferred, or 2+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • SolidWorks, AutoCAD Electrical, MicroStation or other CAD Schematic Packages.
  • SolidWorks Electrical preferred
  • Basic-moderate electrical and mechanical aptitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple projects
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Additional Proficiencies:

  • Panel Layout and /or Panel Wiring experience
  • NEC Codes and Safety Practices a plus
  • Maintenance / Preventive Maintenance experience
  • International Electrical and Safety Standards and Regulations
  • UL Certification a plus
  • Commercial awareness

Controls Engineer I

Controls Engineers are responsible for developing customized turnkey PLC, robotic and material handling stytems for a wide range of industries integrating 3D & 2D machine vision solution working with a team of automation professionals.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

  • Direct Report to Controls Engineering Manager
  • BS/MS in Engineering
  • Basic computer skills
  • Education, experience, and skills required
  • Develop software from scratch
  • Develop customized turnkey PLC, robotic, and material handling systems for a wide range of industries integrating 3D & 2D machine vision solution working with a team of automation professional.
  • Rockwell Automation and Siemens PLC Programming
  • Industrial automation knowledge including PLC, Motion Control, Servo Drives, VFDs, Sensors, Material Handling Systems, and Robotics Systems
  • Robotic System include, but not limited to, Kuka, Fanuc, Universal Robots, Yamaha Robotics, & EPSON.
  • Control architecture experience designing a machine from the ground up.
  • Ability to read, update, and create electrical schematics using SolidWorks Electrical. SolidWorks training will be provided as needed.
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
  • Ability to work on a professional team with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
  • Work as a member of a design team, cooperating with Integro’s management in an effective manner to perform engineering work of a high quality, with no errors.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required to keep management updated as to project work status.
  • Maintain and continually improve technical and professional abilities described above and required to perform assigned tasks.
  • Travel to customers’ factories or offices as required to support engineering, design, and installation of projects.
  • Travel ~20%
