Instructions To Submit Support Request
Once the company has registered for the Help Desk service, a specific website link will be given to communicate directly with Integro Technologies.
- Go to the website link.
- Click “Submit a support request”.
Enter the information circled in red on the screen.
- Subject
- Description
- User Name
- E-Mail Address
- Business Address
- Problem Detail Category
- Choose File – to include attachment
- Click Submit Request
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address submitted on the Support Request online form. Included within the confirmation e-mail will be a UserID & Password, which will allow a person to:
- Check the status of the Support Request(s)
- Enter additional Support Requests for that specific user
NOTE:
If you are having a problem submitting your Support Request using Internet Explorer 9 (IE9), please ensure that the IE9 is in the “compatibility mode.”
Just click onto the Compatibility Mode Icon (see red circled icon on the above screen), and re-enter your description & re-submit. Another way is to use another web browser.
