3D Height Inspection Machine

3D Height Measurement System

This 3D height measurement system by Integro Technologies is capable of imaging a variety of product geometries and heights as they are conveyed down the production line.

The system images the products individually and renders a colorized height map of each part’s complex extruded mesh.

A statistical analysis of the surface area is performed to characterize the product finish, as well as identify and localize any surface blemishes meeting the defined inspection criteria for the product.

This technique can be applied using an individual or stacked sensor array to yield greater dimensional accuracy and repeatability.

This imaging technique can be deployed at high linear rates of speed on a variety of products such as food, medical device, building material, automotive, aerospace, and more.
