The material handling system represents a low volume 360-degree visualization and inspection solution for consumer products or other cylindrical parts.  The machine vision system produces a single image of the part’s circumference for analysis.

This is an example inspection that can be performed to verify the following characteristics: proper label identification, marketing graphics, serialization, label elevation and skew, 1D & 2D, and label surface/damage inspection.
